Charlotte is the managing Partner of the firm and a highly experienced solicitor in the field of Immigration and Asylum and is well known for representing vulnerable clients, survivors of torture and those suffering from severe mental health problems. She has a broad client base, working with minors, victims of domestic violence and trafficking. She works with clients from the initial application stages, to appeal and the European Court of Human Rights. She also acts in relation to public law arising from the Secretary of State for the Home Department’s decisions within that field, in particular in relation to fresh asylum and human rights claims.
Charlotte is a Law Society Accredited Supervisor and Senior Caseworker under the Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme and has been practising as a solicitor since 2012. As a founding member of the firm she has always been committed to providing exceptional high quality service to our clients. The aim is to provide pragmatic advice and solutions, to every client based on detailed understanding of their needs. Charlotte has always been committed to her pro Bono work and won the Gold Award at the Merton Partnership Civic Pride Volunteer Awards 2023 and works closely with several London based charities and community projects.
